Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from VOEO. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel orders from individuals who do not meet our eligibility criteria.

Product Descriptions

Our pieces are handcrafted fine jewelry. Each artifact is created by skilled artisans and contains natural materials (18k gold, platinum, precious stones). Because these are artisanal creations, minor variations in tone, finish, and stone placement are natural and expected—these variations are characteristic of handmade work, not defects.

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and photography. However, colors, finishes, and stone hues may appear slightly different on screen due to display settings and lighting conditions. Product photography is representative. If you have concerns about a specific piece, contact us before purchase.

Pricing & Availability

• Prices are quoted in EUR and include VAT for EU customers.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. We will confirm your price at checkout.
• Product availability is subject to production capacity. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives.
• We reserve the right to decline any order.

Payment

• Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We do not store credit card details.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order amount including applicable taxes and shipping.
• If payment fails, your order will not be processed. You will be notified of the failure.
• Payment must be completed before your order is confirmed.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms your purchase and includes order details, a unique order number, and estimated delivery dates. Please retain this email for your records.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on our website, including text, images, logos, designs, and product photography, is the property of MYSTERIOM OÜ or its licensors. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written permission is prohibited.
• The VOEO mark (VΘΞΦ) and all associated branding are trademarked and proprietary to MYSTERIOM OÜ.

Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, we encourage you to contact us at hello@voeo.xyz to resolve the matter informally. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be escalated to the appropriate Estonian court.

EU consumers have the right to use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumer disputes.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MYSTERIOM OÜ regarding your use of our website and purchase of products. Any prior agreements, understandings, or negotiations are superseded by these terms.
